Policies 1. No stallions. 2. No bareback riding. 3. No double riding. 4. Horses must be at least 5 yrs of age. 5. Riders agree to obey directions of wranglers. 6. No smoking or alcohol consumption during rides or on lunch breaks. 7. No hoof boots such as easy boots allowed on beach. 8. Riders should be comfortable at the walk, trot and canter. |

9. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the ride. 10. Riders must carry a lead or have an appropriate halter/lead combo attached to the horse. 11. Leading of horses through obstacles is not allowed, either on foot or by another horse. 12. Helmets are optional, but riders choosing not to wear a helmet must designate on the waiver. Please, no cowboy hats due to windy conditions. Baseball hats are acceptable. 13. Spurs and dressage whips are OK if horse is accustomed to being ridden with these aids. |

14. Owners must provide proof of current vaccinations within the last six months for 4-way or 5-way and negative Coggins with Health Certificate for out-of-State horses. 15. All other aids and restraints are subject to approval by the wranglers (for instance martingales, western bats). 16. Horse and Rider should be comfortable, capable and in good physical condition to ride 4-5 hours minimum per day. |

Rainchecks/Refunds 1. If your horse is unexpectedly unable to work, a rain check will be offered to be used within a specific time frame depending on the date issued. 2. Hotel accommodations require a minimum of 72 hrs notice for a refund and cancellation policy. 3. Cancellation due to weather or circumstance beyond our control will be rescheduled or rain check given. |
